Jesus warned his followers they will face a lot of persecutions so that they will not deviate or fall away if they will face such persecutions. Many called servants has started to compromise their faiths when they starts to experience hardships and prolonged persecutions. Some of them did not understand that those are the preparation grounds and trainings to perfect them to the image of the son by the highest God.
